ACTIVITY MIDDLE WING 2022-23

 Special Assembly, Middle Wing – Ganesh Chaturthi Aug. 31st: “ वक्र तुंड महाकाय, सूर्य कोटि समप्रभ:। निर्विघ्नं कुरु मे देव शुभ कार्येषु सर्वदा ॥” Lord Ganesha is revered as our divine mentor and protector. It is believed that on Ganesh Chaturthi, Lord Ganesha, the god of knowledge, wisdom and prosperity, bestows his presence on earth. To mark this auspicious day, students of Grade VII-Yen along with their CT-Ms Annu conducted a special assembly in school today. The recitation of Sanskrit Shlokas made the atmosphere pious and serene. Students also presented a short skit themed on the famous ‘Ganesh-Kartikeya Race Around the World Episode’ from the Hindu mythology. Ms. Annu narrated a story to make students realise the significance of the 10-day celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi.

 NATIONAL SPORTS DAY A sincere tribute was paid to the Revered Founder-Director RPSGOI, Advt. (Dr.) O.P. Yadav ji whose sad and sudden demise has shocked everyone to the core. All RPSians vowed to follow his footsteps and to remain committed to their duties and responsibilities. Students of Grade VII-Krone, under the guidance of their CT- Mr. Deepak, conducted a morning assembly themed on National Sports Day in school today. The facts and information concerning the observance of the day were shared with the students.

 SADBHAWNA DIWAS OBSERVED AT RPSD Sadbhavana Diwas is celebrated every year in the memory of the late Prime Minister of India, Rajiv Gandhi who dreamed to make India a developed country. His vision of making India a developed country is clearly seen by the number of economic and social works for the country. Keeping up with this tradition, the students at RPS Dharuhera celebrated the Sadhbhawna Diwas. In a special assembly conducted by students of Grade VII-Pound under the supervision of their CT, Ms. Sushma, a series of theme based activities were performed. Special achievements of late Shri Rajiv Gandhi like; Operation Blackboard, Telecom Revolution Act etc. were also brought to the light.

 RPSD Celebrated Shri Krishna Janmashtami "The secret of karma yoga which is to perform actions without any fruitive desires is taught by Lord Krishna in the Bhagavad-Gita" - Swami Vivekananda Students of Grade VII-Euro with the guidance of their CT, Ms. Monika Attri conducted a special assembly themed on Shri Krishna Janmashtami. The students presented a beautiful Krishna Leela and Krishna-Arjun Sanwad as mentioned in the holy scriptures of Hindus. The exciting Dahi-Handi activity was also conducted that students enjoyed thoroughly. Seventh graders successfully conveyed the Janmashtami’s message of encouraging good will and discouraging bad will, and it was appreciated by all.

 INDEPENDENCE DAY ‘AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV’ Aug. 15: “Freedom is never dear at any price. It is the breath of life.” Today all indian citizens are rejoicing in the celebrations of ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ with their hearts filled with patriotic fervour. RPS Dharuhera celebrated this very special day in a grand way with a zeal and spirit befitting the occasion. Honourable Chairperson - RPSGOI, Respected Principal -RPS Dharuhera, Headmistress Middle Wing, Headmistress Primary Wing, Head Admission Cell, and other School Heads, teachers and students attended the grand event. The event included a variety of activities themed on patriotic fervour like ; Flag Hoisting by Honour able Chairperson Ma’am, Recitation of National Anthem, Live Rangoli & Live Painting, Performance by the School Marching Band – Bagpipe, Skating Show – Rolling Thunders, Dance Performance by RPS Power of Pride Dance Crew, Patriotic Play – Robin Hood Tantia Bhil, Poetry – Jhansi Ki Rani, Skit – I...
