Youth Parliament

  RPSD ORGANISED YOUTH PARLIAMENT To impart some real citizenship education to the students, the Middle Wing organised a Youth Parliament for the students of VI to VIII. It also aimed at strengthening the roots of democracy, inculcating healthy habits of discipline, tolerance of the view of others, and to enable the student community to know about practices and procedures of the Indian Parliament. The Social Science Department was incharge of the event. The students and teachers successfully created the look of real Parliament with the Monsoon Session. The items like ‘Question Hour’, ‘Oath by New Members’ in different languages etc. were presented. The event turned out to be a great success.

World Nature Conservation Day

 WORLD NATURE CONSERVATION DAY CELEBRATED AT RPSD The Middle Wing of RPS Dharuhera celebrated World Nature Conservation Day in school. The aim was to propagate awareness amongst students about the importance of nurturing our Nature for a promising and better future. Grade VII-Peso students along with their teachers, Ms. Nisha and Ms. Garima, put up a special assembly to mark the day. Special contribution of Indian environmentalists; Mr. Vava Suresh and Mr. Dinesh Gowswami was narrated to the students and a theme based short skit was also performed by the seventh graders.

International Tiger Day

 RPSD CELEBRATED INTERNATIONAL TIGER DAY RPS Public School, Dharuhera observed International Tiger Day 2022 with a special assembly conducted by the students of Grade VII-Shilling under the supervision of their CT, Ms. Puja Yadav. Students presented speeches, an amazing skit that highlighted the pressing needs to raise awareness about the magnificent creature, tiger and its future in the wild.

World Hepatitis Day

 WORLD HEPATITIS DAY OBSERVED AT RPSD Middle Wing RPSD celebrated World Hepatitis Day to raise awareness about Hepatitis. Students of grade VII-Dinar, with their CT Ms. Kavita Yadav, conducted a special assembly today and shared a detailed knowledge about Hepatitis – its causes, prevention, treatment and care with everyone. A short skit was also performed to convey the important message to everyone to be aware of the risk factors of Hepatitis and to help in building a hepatitis free generation.

Kargil Vijay Diwas

 RPSD COMMEMORATES KARGIL VIJAY DIWAS 26th July: We sleep peacefully at our homes because the Indian Army is guarding the frontier. The Middle Wing RPSD observed the 23rd anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas in its premises. Students and the CT, Ms. Jyoti Yadav, of Grade VII Riyal conducted a special assembly to honour the undaunted courage and determination of our Armed Forces who protected Mother India during July 1999 Kargil war. The event included informative speeches, a short skit and a patriotic dance performance that captivated everyone present there. The event was concluded by the enthusiastic recitation of the National Anthem.

World Youth Skills Day

 WORLD YOUTH SKILLS DAY OBSERVED AT RPSD July 15: One is never too old to learn new skills and use them in helping mankind. World Youth Skills Day is observed annually to promote the healthy habit of acquiring new skills in youngsters and be more productive for the society. The Middle Wing, RPSD, also observed the day with great enthusiasm. Students of Grade VII-, with the guidance of their CT-Ms. Sapna Mittal, put up a special assembly to mark the day. Students turned up dressed as the skillful and talented youth of our country and also displayed their special achievements on the stage. Pankit Pandey (Bio enzyme), Anuj Ramatri (E mail), Binish Desai (Eco bricks) etc. were the young celebrities of India that were represented by our students.
